Land in Inventory

We have acquired land at several key locations in the Treasure Valley, which we have developed with utilities, streets and infrastructure necessary for optimal use and occupancy.  Some of these developments are single-parcel sites, while others are master-planned communities offering the integration of amenities, access and architectural control necessary to ensure their continuing appeal as a setting for commercial occupancy.

Because we are developers rather than land speculators, much of our land inventory is intended for development on a build-to-suit or ground lease basis.  However, we also invite prospective purchasers to review our sites, and welcome the opportunity to discuss the sale of selected parcels for uses which are complementary to the mix of uses intended for the adjoining development.
