Our Product

W.H. Moore Company has provided commercial facilities in Idaho's Treasure Valley for discerning general office, medical, professional service, retail, and other commercial users.  Among these have been both developed land in master-planned communities with all infrastructure in place, and finished buildings in both multi-tenant and build-to-suit configurations, accommodating users with requirements ranging in size from just a few hundred square feet to several hundred thousand square feet.

Our founder, Winston Moore, was the inaugural recipient of the Boise Valley Commercial Real Estate Award, representing recognition by the area's leading real estate professionals of the contribution he and his firm have made to the Treasure Valley.  The Congress of Cities has also acknowledged through the James C. Howland Urban Enrichment Award our contributions toward revitalizing the heart of Boise, one of only three cities in the nation to receive the award at that time.
