Are you a brokerage?

No, we represent only our own properties.  However, our extensive involvement in this trade area allows us to remain familiar with the market, and to respond knowledgeably to questions about the market.

Are you a contractor?

Although we do our own general contracting for site development, as a developer we are not principally a contractor.  We hire only fully qualified general contractors to construct our buildings and provide interior improvements.

Who is The Russell Corporation, and what is your relationship with them?

The Russell Corporation is a commercial general contractor who has counted us among their clients for many years.  We are not related to them in any way except as their client.  We have enjoyed a long term relationship with them based on their record of honesty, absolute dependability, competitive pricing, and high level of performance.  Visit their website here.

Kimball Properties and Blue Marlin are entities owned wholly by the principals of W.H. Moore Company.
