Capital One Call Center

This 70,000 sq ft facility provides the technology and infrastructure critical to the operation of a 24-hour call center.  It also features amenities important to employee comfort and productivity, including attractive design elements and a dedicated, free-standing day-care center.

In order to provided the quickest possible path to operational status, the project was developed in two phases, allowing staffing and operations to commence from Phase 1 while Phase 2 was completed.

Great West Casualty Regional Headquarters

An example of a repeat customer, Great West has allowed us to provide each of three successive build-to-suit corporate regional headquarters to meet its growth over the past two decades as it has become one of the largest insurers of over-the-road trucks in America.  The latest facility comprises 30,000 sq ft located in El Dorado Business Campus.

Hewlett-Packard Complex

Developed as a custom build-to-suit project for Hewlett-Packard Company, this project comprises a four-building campus of 170,000 sq ft providing data center, customer support call center, office and cafeteria facilities.  It incorporates state-of-the-art technology and features redundant power and communications paths to ensure secure, 24-hour operation.

Albertsons Data Center

Following a rigorous two-year site selection process conducted by Albertsons to ensure a secure setting for this critical component of its operations, we were selected to furnish this 34,000 sq ft data center serving 2,300 grocery stores in 31 states.  It incorporates advanced security and a robust power and communications infrastructure.

Arnold Machinery Sales and Service Center

Establishing itself over 65 years as a service-oriented company, Arnold Machinery asked us to provide this regional heavy equipment sales and service center.  It incorporates features such as overhead cranes and specially reinforced floors to accommodate tracked vehicles, and includes extensive site improvements for the display and storage of heavy machinery.

Trus Joist Corporate Headquarters

Artfully located along a beautiful wooded riverbank, this office facility not only provides an attractive and comfortable corporate headquarters, but also showcases several of Trus Joist's engineered building products by incorporating them throughout the project.

Sterling Savings Bank Branch Bank

Strategically located near Treasure Valley's literal population center within Grandview Station, and incorporating unique design features, this branch offers a convenient and distinctive facility for Sterling Savings Bank's customers.

St Alphonsus Medical Clinic

This neighborhood medical clinic provides the facilities necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of primary and urgent care medical services.
