Capital One Call Center This 70,000 sq ft facility provides the technology and infrastructure critical to the operation of a 24-hour call center. It also features amenities important to employee comfort and productivity, including attractive design elements and a dedicated, free-standing day-care center. In order to provided the quickest possible path to operational status, the project was developed in two phases, allowing staffing and operations to commence from Phase 1 while Phase 2 was completed. |

Albertsons Data Center Following a rigorous two-year site selection process conducted by Albertsons to ensure a secure setting for this critical component of its operations, we were selected to furnish this 34,000 sq ft data center serving 2,300 grocery stores in 31 states. It incorporates advanced security and a robust power and communications infrastructure. |
